Project owners and collaborators agree that:

• Project owners must fulfill promised rewards and allocations
• The Win-Win Society acts as a facilitator but is not a party to agreements between users
• Disputes should be resolved directly between parties when possible

6. Wallet Submissions and Rewards

Regarding wallet submissions and reward distributions:

• Users are responsible for providing accurate wallet addresses
• The Win-Win Society is not responsible for rewards sent to incorrect addresses
• Project owners determine reward amounts and distribution schedules
• Rewards may be subject to project-specific terms and conditions
• The Platform does not guarantee reward fulfillment

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Win-Win Society and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant The Win-Win Society a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for Platform operations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
